Shipments and returns

Orders are well wrapped and normally dispatched within a few working days of receipt.
Orders are normally sent by courier, usually Aramex.
North Island delivery is usually 1-2 days from pickup, unless rural delivery.
South Island delivery may take around 2-3 workings days, unless rural delivery.

Courier parcels will normally have tracking numbers and if needed we can provide the tracking number.

Overseas smaller orders will normally be sent by first-class airpost.
For larger overseas orders, we can arrange with the customer what is the best delivery method, whether it is by sea shipment, air freight, etc.

If there is any problem with the order please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
Incorrect or faulty goods can be returned, just let us know the details first.
If for some unlikely reason you receive something that on arrival seem unsuitable, please also contact us.
We don't want you stuck with items you believe you will not be able to sell
Any goods returned to us must be well wrapped and in the same condition as they arrived in.
